congress in Amsterdam are now open. You may
register with reduced early bird fee until 12 March. Note that you can also

dinner. This takes place in the Royal Tropical Institute, a beautiful
building with a magnificent entrance hall. The way we will go there will be a pleasant

in the congress fee. Trams and metro compose a finely branched
network which you
can hop on easily without thinking. |
One of the plenary talks will be by Sean Zhang,
MD, PhD, Associate Professor and Director of Medical Mycology Laboratory at the
Johns Hopkins Hospital, Boston, USA. Dr. Zhang has directed large scale
diagnostic mycology laboratories in both reference and hospital settings. He
has an extensive experience in employing cutting edge new diagnostic tools to
improve the diagnosis of invasive fungal infections for better patient clinical
outcomes. In Amsterdam he will speak on validation, implementation, and
application of next generation sequencing for the diagnosis of fungal
infections in clinical settings.
